Concentration and Consistency as Vital Principles to Sustain Life

Her level of concentration is very high in everything she does, and she has a wide range of interests like any other young persons. Having various interests is natural and stimulating in the last phase of the human brain development in which the growth process is complete between the age of 22 and 25. In general, as one approaches the end of the brain development, one should choose specific things to focus on, maximizing one’s strength, which manifests itself in the course of restoring the inherent flow of one’s body.

Ability to concentrate on oneself is vital for improving one’s physical capabilities bound with the creativity rooted in one’s body. Another virtue that ensures personal growth is consistency. In fact, these essential attributes constitute spontaneity, which is the vital principle to sustain life. Each cell of the human body entirely serves itself for its given purpose as a part of the whole without stopping until the end of its life, and the human being is an organic entity made up of innumerable cells, which are obliged to maintain themselves spontaneously. In doing so, the human body functions at its best in an optimal balance when all body parts support themselves autonomously. Thereby, one’s concentration and consistency are naturally enhanced when one allows one’s body move as it is. In principle, restoring the innate flow of the body is the core of maximizing the physical capabilities. Each human body has the distinguishable feature of its own, which generates the unique flow representing the body, where it originates in. Hence, one should be aware of the natural state of one’s body to follow one’s inherent flow, which differentiates itself from the others and thereby forms the basis of one’s individuality and creativity.  

The training for revitalizing one’s organic flow should start from fundamental movements such as breathing and walking. It’s the process of rebuilding a foundation of the body therefore takes time and persistent practice.

1: Maintaining proper postures to enhance the core and feet

: The prevalent tendency to stand on heels weakens the core and thereby impedes breathing.

– Keeping leaning forward while walking to make your body move

– Giving more control to forefeet

2: Strengthening a lower abdomen by the diaphragmatic breathing technique

– breathing through the mouth and inflating a back and rib cages

– squeezing a lower abdomen and glutes

3: Relaxing through the Abdominal breathing technique

– breathing through the nose and inflating an abdomen

– relaxing all body parts but the core engaged in breathing movements

4: Exercising in sounding on purpose could be helpful to concentrate.

– During inhalation, a vocal code does not work to sound, whereas, during exhalation, a vocal code can vibrate and resonate itself to sound.

– The quality of sound is entirely dependent on how one moves with one’s breathing flow.
